Just been catching up with the news and I can’t believe what I’m reading, there seem to be some murmurings that Eurovision may possibly, ever so slightly, if you break down really closely, go into it in great depth with the very finest of toothed combs, in the opinion of a vanishingly small number of people’s opinions, just might be a little bit flawed?!?
No shit Sherlock, I hear the Pope’s Catholic and bears have been known to open their bowels in the woods from time to time also.
I can’t believe that anyone has taken this ‘competition’ seriously for decades. If we are going to continue to participate in this event then corruption, block voting and self interest are essential to ensure that the licence payer in this country never again has to contribute to the hosting of this anachronism ever again.

But you can enjoy it for what it is, if that's what floats your boat, a sham, farce, embaressment, just don't expect the apreciation of the relative merits of any of the songs to be reflected in the scoring. But as long as you don't have to host it I guess it's cheap programing, even with Wogan's salary.
Its a total waste of time, it really is. I dont know why we dont just stop entering, its a waste of time!
